Terms & Conditions

Services :-
  1. Bill Ezi is a paid online service provided by Aventa Infotech for its users for GST Billing and Inventory Management purpose.
  2. Personal customization of the software will not be possible. However additional functions or facilities will be provided as per general customers’ requirement without any extra charges.
  3. Aventa Infotech reserves the right to stop Bill Ezi services at any point of time.
Payment :-
  1. Subscription fee will be charged for using the services of Bill Ezi. All charges will attract applicable taxes. Payment will occur on annual basis.
  2. If a user fails to make payment after trial period or after expiration of the validity of it’s account, there will be a grace period of 15 days. Within grace period, user can renew its license to use the service with some late charges.
  3. After grace period expires, user’s account will be deleted with all its data. No claim of data shall be entertained after expiration of grace period.
  4. Aventa Infotech reserves the right to change the pricing of the services at any time. No complaint shall be entertained in this reference. However changed prices will take effect at the time of user’s next payment.
  5. Once payment is done, IT WLL NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANY CASE.
Data Security and Accuracy :-
  1. In order to carry out the services of this engagement and for related purposes such as updating or enhancing our user records, analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, legal and regulatory compliance and crime prevention, Aventa Infotech reserves right may obtain, process, use and disclose personal data about user. User’s data will not be accessed by us for any marketing purpose. Company may send you marketing emails for its own products however your data will never be shared with any other user or any outside marketing agency.
  2. All efforts have been made for the security, safety and accuracy of users’ data.
  3. While using the software, accuracy of output data will depend on input data and records. It is suggested while taking reports, user must cross check them with hard records such as bills, invoices etc.
Customer Support :-
  1. Aventa Infotech is always dedicated to support its users and solve their problems. If a user has any problem, it can contact using contact form given on Bill Ezi website.
  2. Support will be provided using email, phone and/or remote access software.
  3. User must provide the correct communication and billing details so that there is no delay in any communication.
  4. After receiving the complaint, we shall try to solve it in least possible time.
NOTE :-
  1. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sitapur, U.P., India.
  2. If you attempt unauthorized access or any hacking attempts on Bill Ezi system using your credentials, you shall be held liable for any reasonable costs and expenses incurred by us as a result of breach of these Terms of Service by you.

Aventa Infotech reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Licensed Software, including the release of the updates, shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Licensed Software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
